Platform Scope:<\/strong> Encity Mobile Application (Android \/ Google Play Store Ecosystem)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.0 STRUCTURAL NATURE AND ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Agreement”) is a legal, binding contract between you, the individual end-user (“Licensee”, “you”, or “your”), and Minovox Ed Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“Licensor”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Agreement governs your download, installation, activation, and legal use of the Encity mobile application software, including all updates, patches, upgrades, online modules, and integrated API assets (collectively, the “Application”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By clicking “Install”, “Accept”, or by downloading, launching, or interacting with the Application, you explicitly declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be contractually bound by all sections of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to download or use the software and must delete it from your mobile device immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SCOPE OF LICENSE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

2.1 Grant of License<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Subject to your continuous compliance with the terms of this Agreement and timely payment of any applicable platform costs, Licensor grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and execute a single copy of the Application onto a mobile device owned or legitimately controlled by you, strictly for your personal or authorized internal business use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2 Title and Ownership Protection<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Application is licensed to you, not sold. Minovox Ed Tech Pvt. Ltd. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all associated patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, source code, visual designs, and software interface layouts. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property stakes in the Encity brand or ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.0 EXPLICIT USER RESTRICTIONS & PROHIBITED ACTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You agree that you will not, directly or through an agent, execute any of the following restricted actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Code Manipulation:<\/strong> Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, adapt, or attempt to derive the underlying source code, cryptographic mechanics, or API structures of the Application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Commercial Exploitation:<\/strong> Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly broadcast the Application software as a standalone product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Security Tampering:<\/strong> Bypass, disable, modify, or circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) system, geographical location filters, or security features embedded within the Application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Automated Extraction:<\/strong> Launch automated scripts, crawlers, or scrapers within the Application to systematically harvest cell numbers, service price indexes, coordinates, or proprietary directory parameters.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    4.0 USER-GENERATED CONTENT & INTERMEDIARY STANDARDS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The Application allows users to post content, including business listings, job reviews, live chat messages, and images (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In strict compliance with Google Play Store Developer Policies regarding User-Generated Content (UGC) Moderation<\/strong>, the Application enforces a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content or abusive behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4.1 UGC Conduct Safeguards<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    You are strictly prohibited from publishing or sharing any content that is defamatory, predatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, discriminatory, or encouraging of illegal activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4.2 Built-In Reporting and Blocking Mechanisms<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The Application provides accessible, easy-to-use tools built directly into the interface allowing users to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Report any objectionable or infringing UGC instantly to our compliance desk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Block or mute abusive users or bad-faith Service Providers from appearing in their feed or initiating text chats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4.3 Content Moderation Actions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Licensor reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to review, filter, hide, modify, or permanently delete any UGC that violates this Agreement, and to immediately suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these safety provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5.0 PRIVACY AND AUTOMATED DEVICE PERMISSIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The Application requires access to specific mobile device features, including precise location tracking, storage space, camera access, and notification protocols, to function as a hyper-local discovery directory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Our collection, use, transmission, and protection of your personal information and device metadata are governed in detail by the Encity Privacy Policy and App Permissions Disclosure, which are fully incorporated into this EULA by reference. By installing this software, you explicitly consent to our data safety practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6.0 TERMINATION OF LICENSE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      This EULA remains effective until terminated by either you or the Licensor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Your Termination Rights:<\/strong> You may terminate this Agreement at any time by permanently deleting the Application from your mobile device and requesting account deletion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Licensor’s Termination Rights:<\/strong> This license will terminate automatically and instantly without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any provision within this Agreement, violate Google Play Policies, or breach our Acceptable Use standards. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all full or partial copies of the software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        7.0 EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. No Warranties:<\/strong> The Application is provided to you on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind. Licensor disclaims all explicit or implicit warranties, including performance guarantees and fitness for a particular purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Limitation of Liability:<\/strong> To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Minovox Ed Tech Pvt. Ltd. and its directors shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, loss of business data, software downtime, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application, even if previously advised of the possibility of such risks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          8.0 GOVERNING LAW AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal actions, regulatory claims, or corporate litigation arising directly from this EULA or your use of the mobile application shall be filed exclusively within the competent civil courts located in Padrauna, Kushinagar District, Uttar Pradesh, India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
