1.0 PURPOSE AND SCOPE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This Acceptable Use Policy (\u201cAUP\u201d) defines the mandatory rules of conduct governing all users, visitors, and commercial entities (\u201cUsers\u201d, \u201cEnd-Users\u201d, \u201cService Providers\u201d) who access, download, interact with, or list businesses on the Encity web portal (https:\/\/encity.in\/<\/a>) and our mobile software applications (collectively, the \u201cPlatform\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our hyper-local marketplace, ensure legal compliance, protect user data, and safeguard our technical infrastructure. By interacting with the Platform, you explicitly agree to comply with this AUP. Minovox Ed Tech Pvt. Ltd. (\u201cCompany\u201d) reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that violates these core provisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.0 SYSTEM INTEGRITY AND SECURITY RESTRICTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You are strictly prohibited from bypassing, undermining, or attacking the technical architecture of our Platform. You explicitly agree that you will not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Automated Extraction:<\/strong> Use automated software tools, scrapers, data-mining bots, spiders, crawlers, indexers, or scripts to harvest phone numbers, business lists, coordinates, pricing, or proprietary text fields from https:\/\/encity.in\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Infrastructure Stress:<\/strong> Intentionally flood our servers with traffic or requests, initiate Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or execute structural tests to find vulnerabilities without explicit written authorization from our corporate board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Reverse Engineering:<\/strong> Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, translate, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Encity mobile application or web framework.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Malicious Code:<\/strong> Upload, inject, or transmit files containing software viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, keystroke loggers, or any other malicious, destructive, or disruptive software code.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    3.0 PROHIBITED MARKETPLACE ACTIVITIES AND TRANSACTION FRAUD<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    To maintain trust across our hyper-local directory, all End-Users and Service Providers must engage in honest, transparent commercial transactions. The following activities are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Deceptive Fee Evasion:<\/strong> Intentionally bypassing the Platform\u2019s communication or booking channels to arrange offline, unmonitored cash transactions for services originally discovered via Encity, specifically to evade platform facilitation or booking models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Falsified Identity & Fraud:<\/strong> Impersonating another individual, business entity, or licensing authority, or creating fake user accounts to generate artificial inquiries or manipulate search rankings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Bait-and-Switch Tactics:<\/strong> Listing local services at deceptive, artificially low prices or under inaccurate categories, only to demand significantly higher fees from the consumer upon arrival at the service site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Illicit or Prohibited Services:<\/strong> Attempting to list, advertise, or arrange transactions for local services that are illegal, regulated, or restricted under applicable national laws, including but not limited to:\n
        \n
      • Unlicensed medical, surgical, or pharmaceutical services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Adult services, escort operations, or sexually explicit entertainment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Gambling operations, betting syndicates, or lottery management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Sale, trade, or distribution of weapons, narcotics, hazardous chemicals, or counterfeit goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        4.0 COMMUNICATIONS AND CONTENT STANDARDS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        When you interact with other users via our in-app chat systems, call routing features, review panels, or community forums, you must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor. You are strictly prohibited from publishing or transmitting content that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Is false, inaccurate, intentionally misleading, defamatory, libelous, or harmful to the professional reputation of any local merchant or consumer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Contains hate speech, discriminatory slurs, threats of physical violence, harassment, or severe profanity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, patents, or trade secrets of third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Exposes private personal details, phone coordinates, or home addresses of individuals without their explicit, prior written consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          5.0 ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIAL ACTIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Minovox Ed Tech Pvt. Ltd. does not pre-screen every single business listing, chat message, or user review, but we maintain active automated monitoring and human moderation systems. If a user is found to be in violation of this AUP, the Company reserves the absolute legal right to take any of the following immediate steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Issue a formal compliance warning requiring immediate remediation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Remove, edit, hide, or permanently delete the offending content, business listing, review, or image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Freeze or permanently terminate your active user profile and block your device ID from registering new accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Forfeited access to any premium tokens, balances, or platform subscriptions without liability or refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Report illegal or fraudulent activities directly to law enforcement authorities and share relevant digital logs as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            6.0 SYSTEM INQUIRIES AND VIOLATION REPORTING<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            If you discover a business listing, review, or user interaction on our web portal or mobile app that violates the provisions of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately to our compliance desk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
