Platform Scope: Encity Web Portal (https://encity.in/) and Encity Mobile Application (Google Play Store Ecosystem)

1.0 “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WEB/APP PROVISIONING

The information, features, tools, mapping databases, directory indexes, and localized booking services provided on the Encity web platform (https://encity.in/) and within our mobile application software (collectively, the “Platform”) are provisioned entirely on an “As Is” and “As Available” operational basis.

Minovox Ed Tech Pvt. Ltd. makes no explicit or implicit representations, assurances, guarantees, or warranties of any kind regarding the completeness, accuracy, structural reliability, systemic suitability, performance quality, safety, legality, or constant availability of the Platform or the profiles, contact details, prices, or locations populated by independent third-party operators. You expressly acknowledge and agree that your access, exploration, use, or reliance upon any element of the Platform is executed entirely at your own autonomous, calculated risk.

2.0 INTERMEDIARY MARKETPLACE & DIRECTORY LIMITATION

Encity functions strictly as a technological aggregator, digital directory database, and hyper-local marketplace intermediary framework. Encity does not operate as a direct services company, contractor, service agent, utility provider, or employment agency.

2.1 Independent Counterparty Status

Every business, agency, freelancer, contractor, artisan, or professional operating on this Platform is an independent Service Provider. They are not employees, joint-ventures, franchised operators, or official legal representatives of Minovox Ed Tech Pvt. Ltd.

2.2 Absence of Contractual Privity

Any agreement, verbal or written commitment, assignment execution, or financial transaction orchestrated for the delivery of local physical services (such as home plumbing, electrical maintenance, commercial consulting, design tasks) is a bilateral legal contract executed exclusively between the searching End-User and the selected independent Service Provider. Encity maintains zero contractual privity regarding these external consumer transactions and remains completely insulated from any operational complications, defaults, or project delivery failures arising from them.

3.0 THIRD-PARTY ENDORSEMENTS & VERIFICATION ACCURACY

1. Background Screening Clearances: While Encity reserves the right to request official government credentials (Aadhaar, PAN cards, corporate GST data, registration certificates) from Service Providers for basic platform onboarding, this verification process does not constitute a permanent corporate endorsement, safety audit, or comprehensive underwriting of the provider’s skills, character, safety history, or operational legality.
2. User Reviews & Star Ratings: The public customer reviews, testimonials, ratings, and listing feedback posted across the Platform are the subjective assertions and personal viewpoints of individual platform users. They do not reflect the institutional views, recommendations, or validations of Minovox Ed Tech Pvt. Ltd.
3. External Web Links: The Platform may display hyperlinks directing users to external websites, social media profiles, or independent third-party applications. We do not inspect, monitor, control, verify, or assume any legal accountability for the core content, data collection rules, or operational integrity of these external destination frameworks.

4.0 LIMITATION OF PHYSICAL AND FINANCIAL LIABILITY

To the absolute maximum extent permissible under applicable consumer protection and corporate laws, Minovox Ed Tech Pvt. Ltd., its executive directors, shareholders, technical development partners, or staff shall not be held legally liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Physical personal injury, property damage, bodily harm, emotional distress, or accidental death resulting from an on-site deployment, service call, or interaction with any independent Service Provider sourced via Encity.
• Financial losses, revenue deficits, profit drops, or business interruption expenses tied to the poor craftsmanship, non-performance, structural delays, or outright fraud perpetrated by independent marketplace actors.
• System bugs, malware distribution, data breaches, service dropouts, or network performance interruptions encountered while loading our website or utilizing our mobile application.

5.0 GEOLOCATION DATA DISPATCH ACCURACY

Encity relies on mobile global positioning systems (GPS), internet network towers, and third-party map interfaces (such as Google Maps API) to provide hyper-local navigation coordinates, nearby directory search maps, and point-to-point service match filters. Encity explicitly disclaims all operational accountability for map tracking errors, inaccurate distance values, incorrect street coordinates, localized routing delays, or outdated geographical markers generated by these automated technical configurations.

6.0 RESERVATION OF TECH RIGHTS

Minovox Ed Tech Pvt. Ltd. retains full legal authority to modify, upgrade, truncate, prune, clear, restrict access to, or permanently delete any listing, profile parameters, category, review, or entire functional sections of the Platform at any time, for any reason, without advance structural notice or financial obligation to any user segment.
