About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our services, generate qualified leads, schedule site visits, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company services and answer customer questions.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Schedule customer meetings and site visits.
Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and confidence while speaking.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in Tele calling, Sales, Real Estate, Banking, or Customer Service is an added advantage.

Connected Calls: 70+
